In case of Exchange – Reverse Orders

Exchanges are only applicable when there is an issue with sizing. It is not applicable for another color or another style. An exchange for another style will only be applicable if Melissa India does not have the required size in that particular style.

In the event of an exchange for another size; it will be approved only once MelissaShoes.co.in receives the return and ensures that the product as well as packaging is in good condition.

A request must be processed for a reverse order no more than 24 hours after the product is delivered to the customer. An email must be sent to melissaindia.customercare@apeego.com

The Packaging should be good enough to ensure no damage in transit and the customer takes full responsibility to ensure the product and its packaging are  in very good condition The sole responsibility of the contents of the packed consignment shall lie with the end customer.

In the event that a shoe is bought at a store, a pop-up, an exhibition and so on, exchanges will only be allowed within 7 days of the customer buying the shoe, and will be allowed for an exchange for an alternate size across the same style.

There will be NO exchanges and/or returns on sale items.
