Shipping Policy

We at MelissaShoes.co.in know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use a network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.

The product is shipped within 48 hours of placement of the order.

Any orders placed post 12 PM on a Saturday will be shipped out the following Monday.

Free shipping across all products, on no minimum purchase value.

The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.

In the event of cancellation of the order – MelissaShoes.co.in must be notified within 10 hours of the order being placed –  A mail must be sent to the email address provided melissaindia.customercare@apeego.com

Cancellation Policy

MelissaShoes.co.in reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met.

The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

 

Cash On Delivery Policy

As per the Cash on Delivery policy:

  • To avail C-O-D Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for C-O-D.
  • C-O-D is applicable on a minimum sale value of 500 and maximum of Rs. 50,000 only.
  • Pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, any online payment mode needs to be used.
  • You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
  • If the product is open, do not accept the order.
  • No credit/debit cards are accepted in Cash on Delivery.
